Are model charges included in Free?
No. Your own APIs, official subscription and storage are billed separately. Custom models do not unlock official subscription features. Free users get $1 in model credits, and buying Personal adds $5 in trial credits. Solo Team and Team include monthly model credits.
How do I choose Personal or Solo Team?
Personal unlocks local features without a Codex Pass account. It does not use our hosted services or support platform credit purchases. Choose Solo Team for model credits and syncing your own memory and projects.
How are credits issued on longer plans?
Credits arrive monthly, not all at once. Solo Team includes $9.99 each month. Team includes $19.99 per seat each month, shared by members. Longer payment terms and offer codes do not reduce monthly credits.
How do the offer codes work?
Use them at checkout before November 15. Team and Solo Team: 50OFF takes 50% off the first year, and renewals are at the regular price. Personal lifetime: 10OFF brings the price to $29.99.
How do included and purchased credits differ?
Unused monthly credits expire. Separately purchased credits do not expire with them. When an official weekly-quota reset campaign opens, an administrator can manually refill the monthly allowance once. Its expiry stays the same and purchased credits are unaffected.
How can a team use its credits?
Members share the team pool. An administrator can set each member’s monthly Token limit or leave it unrestricted. One member can use the whole pool.
How do I buy Team Max?
Contact sales or submit an enterprise inquiry in Console. This annual plan has contract-specific member capacity and monthly credits that can be increased. The plan does not restrict model access.
Do downloads or updates need an invite code?
No invite code is needed from 0.6.0. Team invitations only control membership of a specific team.
